Group Registration

The NRHC is happy to provide a discount for large group registrations. Every 10^th and 20^th registration is free (students and faculty included). To receive the discount, all registrations must be completed at the same time by selecting your registrations below. Any Minority Scholarships awarded will not count against the volume discount – recipients of the Minority Scholarship and their honors directors will be notified of the award by Monday, February 27^th, to facilitate registration by the early bird deadline of March 6^th.

Membership

If you plan to pay your institutional or individual membership dues with your registration, the following screen will give you choices for which membership you’d like to purchase.

Limited Virtual Option

While our conference is an in-person event, the Executive Board will consider requests for virtual presentations. Member institutions or individual presenters that are unable to attend in-person can request virtual accommodation. See the2023 Conference Information page for further details about the limited virtual option.  Programs and/or presenters intending to utilize the virtual option must notify NRHC via email at northeastregionalhonorscouncil@gmail.com by February 3^rd. Virtual presentations will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please note the registration cost for virtual or in-person presenters is the same. The virtual option will be limited and likely scheduled for two weeks prior to the in-person event.

Health and Safety Protocol

Registration for NRHC 2023 may require proof of Covid-19 vaccination uploaded to the registration system and/or a negative Covid-19 PCR or rapid test. NRHC reserves the right to adjust health and safety guidelines to correspond with CDC recommendations. In the event that proof of vaccination or a Covid-19 test are required, failure to produce the required documents may result in removal from the conference without refund.
